SHOW DESCRIPTION

Today’s episode is definitely something that we can all relate to because it’s an everyday essential and an important one because if you are not on top of your shit you can literally end up broke!

It’s not your fault, we as humans are HORRIBLE at managing things and let alone something as important as cash that literally drives our day to day activities. Just like anything else in life, we are not born with it but we have to get better at spending money responsibly. There are tons and tons of people out there who say “I wish I had money to do…”, “Sorry, I can’t eat out for lunch (or get coffee, or get beers or w/e) because I don’t get paid for another 3 days” and these are the same people who will repeatedly say this every month. Why? If you know you have set expenses and set income, then why not take extra time and plan logically and spend responsibly?

We can blame as much as we want on other forces in life, but in reality, it starts from within ourselves. We have to look at our spending and see what are we spending on and why are spending on these things. Why are we spending on these materials? Was it because as a child you couldn’t own it? Or is it because you are showing off to your friends so they will like you more? You think you are fancy and rich by spending money on your car and big houses. Take away all the two face friends, take away money, what do you have now? Are you happy in life? Is this what you wanted? If so, then great! If not, then are you sure you want to follow the same path?

Now, I am not the best at saving money nor we are a financial group. As mentioned before, it doesn’t take more than a change of mindset to start seeing changes. Thinking logically when you make your next leisure purchase. Is it a nice to have or a necessity to live? Wait one month before purchasing big and revisit, do you still want it? Save $1 every day and increase it by every day. Start doing little changes now that doesn’t seem like a big change, but in future, it will be something that you will never regret.
