You had a long day at work. Meeting after meeting made it so you couldn’t even check your email all day. Probably a good thing since it’s filled with over 100 new items in there, 5% of which is only really important to you. You get in your car, can’t wait to get home and relax. You are on the freeway going a nice 10 miles an hour. Then, all of a sudden, someone cuts you off! How do you react? Do you just dismiss it and move on, or do you get angry, maybe even honk your horn?
There are so many complexities to life that it can be very overwhelming. Sometimes when we feel threatened, like in the scenario above, we react on instinct and defensively.In this episode, we explore strategies on managing your emotions, both good and bad.
